In my blog section, I will outline 3 spiritual techniques that will enable one to go ahead in ones spiritual journey.
(1) Breath Meditation(Anapanasati)
(2) Light Meditation ( Jyoti Meditation)
(3) Repetition of the Name of the Lord(Namasmarana)
It may be that not all people may be inclined to do all 3 spiritual exercises and that is alright, I have already foreseen this, that is why I have given vastly different spiritual exercises.
